2025 Policy Update

At Defy Medesthetics and Salon, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and loyalty. Thanks to clients like you, we’ve been able to grow and provide exceptional service for the past 19 years.

 

During this time, we’ve maintained a commitment to offering exceptional services while making minimal price adjustments. It has been nearly three years since our last pricing update. While we’ve worked diligently to keep costs manageable, rising operational expenses have made it necessary to implement changes. These adjustments will allow us to maintain the quality you expect and continue investing in our team and equipment.

 

New Pricing Policy Effective March 5, 2025

 

Why These Updates Are Necessary

In the past two years, our team has faced an average of 100+ last-minute cancellations and no-shows each month. This has a significant effect on our dedicated professionals and the availability of appointments for other clients. These changes are designed to foster a sustainable environment for both our staff and our valued clients.

 

To enhance your experience and improve appointment management and efficiency, we are introducing updates to our pricing, booking, and cancellation policies. The price of our services will increase and be based on your stylist’s tier. Existing and new appointments from that date forward will reflect the new pricing.

 

1. Deposit Requirement

A $25 booking fee will now be required when scheduling any service. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments/no-shows. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

 

3. Punctuality

To ensure smooth operations, we ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrivals of (10 minutes) or more may lead to shorter service times or the need to reschedule.

 

4. Secure Card-on-File System

For your convenience and to support the new policies, we are introducing and implementing a secure card-on-file system. You can securely add your payment details through your Client Portal Account at the link below or with the assistance of our Client Coordinators.

5. Exceptions and Grace Period

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. A one-time grace period will be offered for cancellations due to emergencies, and additional situations will be reviewed individually.
